Deposits, Refunds, Payments
~ Payment for one half of reservation (min one night‘s lodging) is charged as a deposit to hold your reservation.
~ Prefer advance notice for reservations.
~ One week notice of cancellation required for refund, 72 hours for half refund, one month notice for extended stays of one week or more.
~ 10% processing fee for cancellations
~ Holidays and holiday weekends are non refundable.
~ Preferred payment: Cash, traveler‘s checks and credit cards.
~ Credit card required regardless of payment method.
